We are able to build a fee structure built entirely around your personal and financial needs. This means we either deduct the fee from the monthly rental payments or agree a fixed fee. Built to ensure you benefit from our expert service, our fees ensure you never have to worry about the day to day management of the property. Taking care of the entire tenant process from initial sourcing, to tenant referencing, property visits and ongoing tenancy support– with over 20 branches across the U.K we are uniquely placed to ensure that both your tenants and property are well taken care of.
Our fee structure is built around the needs of each landlord. With a bespoke fee structure in place, we are also able to take deposits, collect rents and mediate any disputes that may occur with tenants.
With each charity, we calculate a fee that is fair and appropriate. Due to the sensitive nature of our relationships with charities, we are unable to share this.
